Please go through our policies before placing order with us:

  • 1stClasspapers will not accept any responsibility if you will use free plagiarism detectors like Viper etc. We strongly recommend that you use ‘Turn it in’ only in order to check the plagiarism ration of your paper.
  •   All the necessary and relevant information related to the task must be provided at the time of order placement in order to avoid confusion and delays.
  • All our packages are backed with free revisions apart from special offer which is not backed with free revision services. Therefore you must ensure that you have provided us with complete information about your task so that it can be furnished according without any errors or loopholes.
  • The 12 hours package for all products must only be used once the availability is checked with the live support agent. Placing the order without discussing it with the live support agent may result in delays if the writers are not available.
  • If the attachment files are too large then it will take longer for you to browse through order pages, therefore you may request our email id from the live support agent in order to send the files separately.
  • 1stClasspapers have got the facility of order tracking system so you may use your order Id to track your orders. The order tracking system is provided on every page at the bottom.
  • 1stClasspapers is not a tax registered site, therefore we do not apply bogus VAT charges to your order and we only charge you for the writing services.
  • If you would like to share your comments on our blogs then you may write to us using our contact us form and once it has been cleared by the moderator your comment will be live.
  • When it comes to claim a refund, the customer must claim the refund within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund will only be made if the customer has placed an order by mistake or paid extra by selecting wrong number of pages. Once the order is ready and delivered, no refund will be issued as we offer work that is not plagiarized and if there is anything that the customer would like to revise it will be entertained for free provided if the order is not a special offer package and the revision requested is genuine and not additional requirement which was not mentioned in the original order request by the customer.
  • 1stClasspapers has got a simple privacy policy; we do not share your name, email address and other details with third parties. Your orders are deleted straightaway once you confirm their receipt. We do not keep any personal details or data of the customer on our database.
  • Once the paper is delivered to the customer, the customer must go through it and if there are any changes that he/she would like to make (changes related to the original requirements), the customer must inform us within 72 hours from the time the order was delivered. Any request after that time period will not be entertained by 1stClasspapers team.
  • Please note that while placing your order you must not count the day or date of order placement while selecting a deadline. Our automated system starts the deadline countdown one day after the order is placed by you, i.e. if you will select a two days deadline our system will assume two full days not counting the day when the order was placed.
